Returns Policy

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email within 2 weeks with photographs of the damage. A suitable exchange will be arranged at our cost.

Lost Orders

If your item fails to arrive at all, contact us within 4 weeks and confirm your address. If you have supplied an incorrect address unfortunately we cannot provide a refund/exchange. If the address was correct a refund/exchange will be arranged.

Change of Mind

We do not refund/exchange for change of mind.
